Editor review
Wired Rally is a point-to-point rally racer with surface-aware physics. Twenty stages across three campaign cups.
What works is the surface model. Loose dirt reduces grip; tarmac transitions visible mid-stage. Players learn to read the road.
Twenty stages across three cups.
Tested over weekend sessions plus a few Belfast Glider commute rides from Belfast.
Where the design earns its rating is the co-driver pace notes (optional). Players who use notes complete stages faster; players who turn notes off get pure exploration.
Where I would push back is the damage system. Harsh enough that one mistake can end a run.
Three-and-a-half stars. Solid rally arcade.
